Matt Sayre serves as Chief Operating Officer at Russell, a Midwest-based construction and development firm. With over 20 years of industry experience, Matt leads all operational functions, including construction project management, preconstruction, and field operations. Before joining Russell, Matt served as Vice President of Construction Operations – Multifamily & Senior Living for a national development and construction firm, where he oversaw a $2 billion portfolio spanning 16 states. Matt supports ConstructPay’s mission to deliver tools that improve efficiency, reduce risk, and strengthen relationships across project teams.
